This Privacy Policy was updated in February 2024

This privacy policy has been composed to show and ensure my clients that their data protection has been considered and explains why and how I use any personal information kept for each of my clients. I would like my clients to be aware that all their personal details are kept safe and not shared.

 

How we collect our data

I am responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. I will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this privacy notice.

If you choose to contact me or make enquiries through my contact page, I will collect the details that you provide in relation to that query. Information held is likely to include your name, telephone number and email address. 

 

Where we store our data

Any personal data we have is stored on a database on my computer. Everything is kept safe and no information is shared. I back up my computer daily so that nothing is lost and only I have access.

 

What we use your personal data for

I use any personal information for my own research to find out where our clients come from and how frequently I see them. I do not send marketing emails.

 

How our clients' information is protected

All our clients have the right to 'opt out' and can let me know at any point if they would like me to delete any information I have for them. If you are happy for me to keep certain information, but would prefer me NOT to use this information for marketing purposes, then I can ensure that this will be done.
